We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us for a refund.

We understand that intimate products can feel like a big step — and we want you to feel supported, not stuck. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to find a solution.

2) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at info@douxlette.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like a refund for
  • A brief description of why you'd like a refund

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours to guide you through the process.

3) Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests for all products within 30 days of delivery, including intimate accessories. We know this category is personal, and we believe you should never feel pressured to keep something that isn't right for you.

For unopened items: Simply contact us and we'll arrange the return and issue a full refund once received.

For opened items: We understand that you may need to open the product to know if it's right for you. Contact us and we'll do our best to work out a fair solution. Your satisfaction is our priority.

4) Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Requests without prior approval (please contact us first)

5) Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, you can request a return once you receive it.

6) Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7) Return Shipping

If we ask you to return an item, we'll provide clear instructions and the return address. Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item (in which case we cover return shipping), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@douxlette.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

9) Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to request a refund and place a new order.
